Privacy policy

Dayboard Personal is operated for private household use. Its Google Tasks integration is not yet enabled. This policy describes the intended integration; implementation and operator review must match it before Google access is activated.

Google data and its use

With the account holder’s consent, Dayboard will retrieve task-list identifiers and names, and task identifiers, titles, notes, dates, hierarchy and completion status needed to display selected lists and support authorized task actions. Google’s Tasks permission grants access across the account’s task lists; Dayboard will apply the household operator’s list selection within the app.

Storage and access

The intended integration stores authorization credentials and a synchronized task cache on the household-operated server. Credentials must remain server-side, outside source code, public website files and the Roku package. Access is limited to the household and its authorized service administrators. Operational backups can retain earlier copies.

Sharing and processing

Task operations are exchanged with Google to provide the requested functionality. Google task data will not be sold, used for advertising or used to train generalized AI models. Any future agent access or additional data processing requires an updated disclosure and appropriate user authorization before activation.

Disconnecting and deletion

The account holder can revoke Dayboard access through their Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation prevents further authorized synchronization but does not itself delete cached or backed-up data. Contact the household operator using the support email shown on the Google consent screen to request deletion of Dayboard’s Google credentials and cached data, including review of retained backups. Disconnecting Dayboard must not delete original Google Tasks.
